What’s a one-shot, Tina?
A one-shot is a mini-adventure. In this case, it is a mini DND adventure you can play, which will follow the “typical rules” of a normal campaign.

What is the One-Shot about?
The Orc Warlord Throddnak has taken the Elven Princess Eilana of Aerwa captive. It hasn’t been hard to track him and his warband since they’ve left a bloody trail that includes a captured ship leading to an ancient underwater temple.
The Royal Family of the Island nation of Aerwa is confident that their daughter is still alive, despite the hostility between elves and orcs… and now your help is needed!
With the fate of Aerwa hanging in the balance, it’s up to you and your team to face off against Throddnak and his minions. Will you have what it takes to overcome the challenges and obstacles that await you on this perilous journey? Only time will tell.
This is a 5e one-shot adventure for five characters at level 5.
